ADF Investment is an asset management company(AMC) established
to provide customers with differentiated real estate indirect investment
opportunities by following ADF's spirit of "Stick to the basics and don't lose
customer trust." and utilizing proven investment capabilities.

We will lead the investment market not only in our main sector: logistics, but also in all commercial
real estate sectors, and grow into a Korean leading AMC that can provide long-term trust to both
institutional investors and general customers.

To this end, we will proceed with the investment by sticking to the following three principles.

Corporate name("ADF") means "Back to the Basic" in Latin for "Ad Fontes",
so we will not lose our initial mindset and stick to the basics in everything we do.
