Sang-Yoon, Seo    Vice Chairman l CEO

Mr. Seo is an investment & management expert in commercial real estate with nearly 24 years of  experience, including 22 years at Public Officials Benefit Association(POBA), the Korean leading investment institution, where he worked on domestic real estate investment, development, and management. After serving as the deputy head of POBA until 2020, he joined ADF Asset Management through Blue Cove Asset Management, where he headed the REITs business and led the establishment of ADF Investment. 

Mr. Seo has over 30 years of experience in real estate development, finance, and investment. He is a recognized expert in domestic and international real estate investment, development, and management, having spent 22 years at Public Officials Benefit Association(POBA), the country's leading investment institution, where he contributed to the organization's excellent investment performance across all areas of real estate, growing its assets and status to where it is today, and was awarded from the Minister of the Interior and Safety for his contributions. After serving as a vice head of department at POBA until 2020, he joined Blue Cove Asset Management, a hotel management company, and ADF Asset Management, one of Korean leading logistics investment company, where he headed the REITs business and led the establishment of ADF Investment. 

He holds a master's degree in architectural engineering from Kyung Hee University and graduate school and is licensed as a Asset Management Specialist, Certified Investment Manager, and Real Estate Development Specialist

Mr. Kim has about 32 years of experience in the REITs and finance industry. He is a first-generation Korean REITs and real estate finance specialist who started his career at Koramco REITs & Trust in 2006 and was awarded from Minister of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport in 2015 for his contributions to the development of REITs. He has served as the head of Koramco REITs & Trust's REITs Finance Team and KAIT's REITs Headquarters, where he has built up his expertise based on his extensive operational capabilities and network with a large number of REITs investors, including pension funds, mutual aid societies, insurance companies, and banks

Mr. Ahn has over 20 years of experience, having studied law in college and graduate school, and having started his career at Audit division in Yuhwa Securities , Audit division/General Affairs division in Mirae Asset Securities , and Blue Cove Asset Management. Especially he is an expert in business management (finance, HR, general affairs, funds, and affiliate management) and internal control (risk management, compliance, and internal audit) of financial companies, and is responsible for the overall business management, contributing to the stable growth of the company.

Jae-Youn, Woo    Director l Investment Division

Mr. Woo is a Korean Certified Public Accountant(KICPA) and holds a BA from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and MBA in Finance from KAIST. He has over 14 years of experience in commercial real estate investment & management across a wide range of sectors including offices, distribution centers, and hotels at EY Korea, KORAMCO REITS Management, and Shinhan REITs Management. At Shinhan REITs Management, he has contributed to the growth of publicly traded REITs market in Korea by performing core functions such as IPO, capitalization, and new investments.
